Rules & Regulation :
1. Check in time : 1:00 PM onwards
2. Check out time : 11:00 AM
3. Refundable security deposit ₹5,000/- Payable at the time of check in .
4. Pleass carry the original ID card of the guests.
5. Swimming pool and Bluetooth speaker are not allowed after 10:00 PM.
6. Management staff of the villa will not be responsible in case of an accident occurs during the stay of guests.
7. Guests will be held responsible for any damage done to the property and the said damage, if any will be recovered from the Security Deposit.
8. No amount will be refunded against cancellation of booking.
9. Power Outage by MSEB is not in the hands of management staff. we provide inverter backup
10. kindly keep windows/doors shut in the evenings to minimize mosquito nuisance or unwanted insects.
11. ⁠Usage of kitchen is strictly not allowed.
12. ⁠Outside food is not allowed. We provide our in-house vegetarian/ Non-vegetarian food on made to order basis and we have seperate veg/nonveg kitchen.
13. We provide induction cooktop for tea, coffee & maggie.
