• Rules & Regulation :
• 1. Check in time : 1:00 PM onwards
• 2. Check out time : 11:00 AM
• 3. Refundable security deposit  ₹5,000/- Payable at the time of check in .
• 4. Pleass carry the original ID card of the guests.
• 5. Swimming pool and Bluetooth speaker are not allowed after 10:00 PM.
• 6. Management staff of the villa will not be responsible in case of an accident occurs during the stay of guests.
• 7. Guests will be held responsible for any damage done to the property and the said damage, if any will be recovered from the Security Deposit.
• 8. No amount will be refunded against cancellation of booking.
• 9. Power Outage by MSEB is not in the hands of management staff. we provide inverter backup
• 10. kindly keep windows/doors shut in the evenings to minimize mosquito nuisance or unwanted insects.
• 11. ⁠Usage of kitchen is strictly not allowed.
• 12. ⁠Outside food is not allowed. We provide our in-house vegetarian/ Non-vegetarian food on made to order basis and we have seperate veg/nonveg kitchen.
• 13. We provide induction cooktop for tea, coffee & maggie.
