House Rules
Booking & Villa Policies
* A refundable security deposit of ₹5,000 is required at check-in.
* Confirmed bookings are non-refundable and non-transferable.
* Meals are served in standard portions and are not unlimited.
* BBQ is available at an additional charge.
* Kitchen access, if available, can be availed at an additional charge of ₹3,000.
* Outside food is not permitted on the premises.
* Any guest(s) exceeding the number mentioned in the booking confirmation will be charged additionally.
* Please note that in the event of a power outage, the villa's diesel generator can be used as a backup for up to 6 hours only. If the generator is required beyond 6 hours, additional diesel operating charges 600/- Per Hrs will apply.
