House Rules

Security deposit of 5000 is collected seperately during checkin, which is refundable on checkout.
Guests are responsible for any damage caused during the stay.
This property is ideal for corporate offsites, family gatherings, and group stays.
Please maintain decorum and respect the property and surrounding nature.
Outside visitors are not allowed without prior permission.
Loud DJs or party setups require prior approval.
Meals will be served as per the agreed schedule.
Any extra services requested from staff may be chargeable.
Conference room equipment and furniture must be handled carefully.
Ensure rooms and common areas are left in reasonable condition.
Additional cleaning or damage charges may apply if required.
Small pets are allowed with prior permission.
Pets are strictly not allowed in pool, if found 10,000 fine is applicable.
Swimming pool usage is restricted after 9pm for safety reasons.
