House Rules

Booking & Villa Policies

* A refundable security deposit of ₹5,000 is required at check-in.
* Confirmed bookings are non-refundable and non-transferable.
* Our villa is located in a remote area, so mobile network coverage and internet connectivity may be weak or slow at times. There may also be occasional power outages; however, we have a backup power system in place to ensure essential services remain available.
* Meals are served in standard portions and are not unlimited.
* Stater & BBQ is available at an additional charge.
* Kitchen access, if available, can be availed at an additional charge of ₹3,000.
* Outside food is not permitted on the premises.
* Any guest(s) exceeding the number mentioned in the booking confirmation will be charged additionally.
