Booking & Villa Policies

* A refundable security deposit of ₹5,000 is required at check-in.
* Pet Charges Extra - 1000/- Per Pet Per Day.
* Meal Charges Extra.
* Confirmed bookings are non-refundable and non-transferable.
* Our villa is located in a remote area, so mobile network coverage and internet connectivity may be weak or slow at times. There may also be occasional power outages; however, we have a backup power system in place to ensure essential services remain available.
* Meals are served in standard portions and are not unlimited.
* Stater & BBQ is available at an additional charge.
* Kitchen access, if available, can be availed at an additional charge of ₹3,000.
* Outside food is not permitted on the premises.
* Any guest(s) exceeding the number mentioned in the booking confirmation will be charged additionally.
* Our villas are nothing short of a nature retreat, where you may encounter insects, birds, animals, or other little surprises that come with nature in its raw form. 🌿
Our staff will always guide you with the necessary precautions and assistance to ensure a safe and comfortable stay.
We request you to embrace the beauty of the natural surroundings and kindly cooperate with our team in following the recommended precautions. After all, a true nature retreat comes with a little bit of nature too.
🚭 No smoking is allowed inside the rooms.
🐾 Please ensure that pets do not disturb the staff.
🚿 Hot water is available for 2 hours in the evening and 2 hours in the morning before check-out.
🏊 Please take care of children near the pool.
🌿 Please do not wander near the jungle at night.
